The USA warns North Korea

Russia and China accused the United States for its attempts to destabilize the Korean Peninsula by stirring up North Korea.

The United States has been continually observing the testing of missiles and nuclear weapons by North Korea. The USA has been objecting to these experiments carried out by North Korea and one time they tried to impose sanctions on North Korea through the United Nations Security Council. But Russia and China jointly opposed the effort of the United States using their veto powers.  

The United States, Russia and China are permanent members of the UN Security Council. However it was Biden who did not want to continue the diplomatic relations with North Korea even though Donald Trump had good relations with North Korea during his presidency of the United States.

By now North Korea has resumed its nuclear program, and the United States has warned that it will not hesitate to take tough action against North Korea if it continues to act in a divisive manner.
